Marking Victory Day celebration

On May 4, 2002 marking the upcoming Victory Day celebration the Regional Center of the Presidential Library based on the Birobidzhan Regional Universal Scientific Library was visited by employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Jewish Autonomous Region.
