Partner project of the Volgograd Regional Center of the Presidential Library

The specialists of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography were provided with a virtual exhibition "Coordinates of Victory" held by the Volgograd Regional Center of the Presidential Library based on the Gorky Regional Universal Scientific Library.

The exhibition features rare footage found in archives from all over the country, spotlighting the historical events of land management in the post-war period. It also contains photographs of war veterans involved in geodetic activities.

Some of the materials were provided by veterans of geodetic activity from personal archives.

In continuation of studying the theme of the exhibition, the Presidential Library offers materials from the collection 1945: From the War to the Post-War World as well as a Collection of Digitized Archival Documents, Film and Photo Materials World War II in Archival Documents, where unique historical documents, as well as research, newspaper and magazine chronicle, photographs, cartoons and other materials, are available.
