Topical issues of hematology and transfusiology considered at the Presidential Library

From June 30 to July 1, 2022 the Presidential Library hosted the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation "Topical Issues of Hematology and Transfusiology", marking the 90th anniversary of the Russian Research Institute of Hematology and Transfusiology.

The conference organizers were the Federal Medical Biological Agency and the Russian Research Institute of Hematology and Transfusiology of the Federal Medical Biological Agency.

Founded in 1932, RosNIIGT is one of the main organizations in the country that carries out research, clinical, organizational, methodological and educational activities on the problems of hematology and transfusiology.

The conference under the auspices of the institute brought together hematologists, oncologists, transfusiologists, microbiologists, specialists in clinical laboratory diagnostics, hemostasiologists as well as specialists in other branches of medicine. In general, more than 400 leading experts from all over Russia and from a number of neighboring countries attended the event. The conference program included plenary sessions, sections on various problems of hematology and transfusiology, as well as an exhibition of promising developments and technologies.
