Thus, the large-scale collection Russian Language contains 1176 depository items of rare archival documents. It includes manuscripts, monuments of Russian literature, archives, research papers, including dissertations and thesis, dictionaries, reference books, as well as teaching aids of various types and levels.
In addition, a large number of materials about the relationship between Azerbaijan and Russia are available in the electronic collection of the Presidential Library Russia - Azerbaijan: the History of Relations. The main part of the collection consists of archival documents illustrating various aspects of the policy of the Russian Empire towards the Baku province at the beginning of the 20th century. The collection also tells about the diplomatic, military, transport, production, technical, economic, educational, religious and other issues of the common history of the peoples of Azerbaijan and Russia.
