Director General of the Presidential Library

Since September 21, 2022 by order of the Head of the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation, Yuri Stanislavovich Nosov has been appointed Director General of the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library.

Yuri Stanislavovich Nosov was born on April 26, 1963.

He graduated from the Military Red Banner Institute and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

From September 1991 to August 1993, he served as an officer.

Since 1993, he worked in various senior positions of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

From July 1998 to January 2019, he worked in various senior positions of the Management Committee of PJSC Gazprom.

Since September 6, 2021, he has been working at the Presidential Library.

Since February 1, 2022, he was appointed Deputy Director General of the Presidential Library.

Since February 9, 2022, he was appointed Acting Director General of the Presidential Library.

Since September 21, 2022, he has been appointed Director General of the Presidential Library.

 

Yuri Stanislavovich Nosov has been awarded the Medal “For Battle Merit” and the Order of Honour.
