Employees of the Penza Regional Center of the Presidential Library held an educational game for schoolchildren

Employees of the Regional Center of the Presidential Library based on the Lermontov Penza Regional Library held an educational game "Snow Carousel" for students of school № 18.

The children collected puzzles, guessed cartoons from musical fragments, looked for answers to various riddles in old books on the Presidential Library’s portal and in digitized filmstrips of the National Electronic Children's Library.

Schoolchildren danced, solved crossword puzzles, created snowmen, learned about the New Year traditions of different nations, and also showed brilliant artistic abilities, depicting fairy-tale characters in creative scenes.

At the end of the event, the children, together with Father Frost, danced around the Christmas tree. The organizers also presented sweet gifts to the children.

The Presidential Library’s portal features the collection Penza Region: Pages of History. It includes archival documents, essays, studies, statistical and other materials spotlighting various aspects of the development of the region in different historical periods.
