The Presidential Library’s information stands appeared at the airport and at the bus station of Kurgan

Information stands of the Regional Center of the Presidential Library based on the Yugov Kurgan Regional Universal Scientific Library appeared in the waiting rooms of the Kurgan bus station and the Ilizarov city airport.

Thanks to special QR-codes presented on thematic banners, passengers can easily access the portals of the Presidential Library and the Yugov Kurgan Regional Universal Scientific Library from their phones. They will learn about the electronic resources of institutions - book publications, archival materials, virtual exhibitions, films, educational and other projects. This will allow spending the waiting time and learning a lot of new things.

Models of the Presidential Library’s information stand, as well as electronic exhibitions and video materials introducing the Internet resources of the institution, are available on the website of the Tyumen branch of the Presidential Library in the Methodological work section.

The Presidential Library’s portal features the collection Kurgan Region: Pages of History. It includes archival documents, statistical essays, studies, cartographic and other materials that spotlight various aspects of the development of the region in different historical periods.
