Specialists of the Crimean Regional Center of the Presidential Library held a legal brain ring for schoolchildren

On April 5, 2023 specialists of the Regional Center of the Presidential Library based on the Franco Crimean Republican Universal Scientific Library held an inter-regional intellectual online game for schoolchildren "Legal Brain Ring". The main task is to educate the legal culture among the youth.

The event was held at the Franco Crimean Republican Universal Scientific Library, the Gorky Ryazan Regional Universal Scientific Library and the Chelyabinsk Regional Universal Scientific Library.

The game was attended by pupils of grades 8-9 from Simferopol, Ryazan and Chelyabinsk. The Crimean team was represented by children of the 8th "B" class of the Gymnasium-boarding school for gifted children under the guidance of teacher Maria Myskova.

Schoolchildren successfully answered questions on the following topics: "The Constitution of the Russian Federation", "Administrative and criminal liability", "Rights and obligations of a child".

At the end of the game the guys received diplomas of participants.

The Presidential Library’s portal features the collections Law and Information: Modern Research, The Legal System of Russia, The Legal State in Russia. the Past and the Present. The collections include documents that spotlight the development of law in Russia in different historical periods. These are texts of legal acts, studies, legal periodicals and much more.

The Presidential Library’s portal also features the collection Republic of Crimea: Pages of History. It includes archival documents, studies, essays, photographs and other materials covering various aspects of the development of the peninsula from ancient times to the beginning of the 20th century.
