Biennale held at the Russian House in Belgrade
Belgrade Biennale was held at the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Serbia. It was organized by the city's Cultural Association.
This year the event was attended by 32 artists from 20 countries, including Russia. Their works in the field of painting, sculpture, applied and conceptual art were presented in five Belgrade galleries. Visitors were able to see more than 200 works in a variety of techniques: canvas, oil, acrylic, watercolor, bronze sculpture, etc.
It should be noted that Belgrade Biennale was held for the fifth time. The event has become a platform for showing creativity and exchange of experience between artists from different countries.
The remote access center to information resources of the Presidential Library opened in 2015 at the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Belgrade today allows guests of the Russia House learning about the whole variety of collections of the library's electronic holdings.
Visitors to the Russian House will learn about the collection Russian Language from the institution's electronic holdings. It includes more than 1,100 depository items of rare archival documents, including manuscripts, monuments of Russian literature, archival affairs, research papers, dictionaries, reference books, teaching aids and much more.
In addition, guests of the Russian House have an opportunity to learn about history of relations between Russia and Serbia which are available in the electronic collection of the Presidential Library Russia - Serbia: the History of Relations.
