The annual meeting of the heads of regional centers of the Presidential Library

From September 23-29, 2023 the X All-Russian annual retreat of the heads of regional centers and partners of the Presidential Library was held within the framework of the Annual Integration Forum. The meeting was attended by 58 employees from 22 regions of the Russian Federation.

Over the course of seven days, the heads of regional centers brought together at different venues on the territory of three subjects of the Ural Federal District (Tyumen, Kurgan, Sverdlovsk Regions). The host this year was the branch of the Presidential Library in Tyumen Region.

Marking the Year of Teachers and Mentors declared by the head of state, the Presidential Library pays special attention to interaction with educational organizations of our country and dissemination of accumulated knowledge and practices of using information resources in the educational process at the interregional level. Together with educational and cultural institutions of the Ural Federal District, regional centers and partners of the Presidential Library, successful long-term experience in implementing projects, based on public-private partnership, were demonstrated.

During the working session of the meeting, the heads of regional centers spoke about their experience of interdepartmental cooperation: events, projects, successful practices and cases implemented together with partners. 

The plenary meeting of the X All-Russian annual retreat of the heads of regional centers and partners of the Presidential Library “Interdepartmental partnership as a priority for the regional development of the Presidential Library” was held on September 29, 2023.

Speeches were made by representatives of the office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Ural Federal District, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Academy of the Ministry of Education of Russia, government representatives, the Ministry of Education and Youth Policy of Sverdlovsk Region, and specialists from the Presidential Library.

The plenary session focused on the fundamentals of the regional development strategy of the Presidential Library for the period until 2030. It is planned to pay special attention to various formats for integrating the information resources of the Presidential Library into the educational process of educational organizations and interaction with the professional community to improve the skills of teaching staff.
