Graduates of Russian universities met in China

The Unified Day of Graduates of Russian (Soviet) Higher Education Institutions took place in Beijing. The organizers were the Russian House in Beijing and the Chinese Association of Alumni of Russian (Soviet) Universities.

The ceremony was attended by graduates, representatives of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China, the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Beijing, as well as Russian students studying at Chinese universities.

The remote access center to information resources of the Presidential Library opened in 2010 at the Russian House in Beijing today provides the entire variety of collections of the library’s electronic holdings.

Visitors to the Russian Center of Science and Culture will learn about the Russian Language collection from the institution’s electronic holdings. It includes more than 1,100 depository items of rare archival documents, including manuscripts, monuments of Russian writing, archives, research papers, dictionaries, reference books, teaching aids and much more.

Guests of the Russian House also have an opportunity to learn about materials about the history of relations between Russia and China, which are available in the electronic collection of the Presidential Library Russia - China: the History of Relations.
