Intellectual game dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation held in Penza

On December 12, 2023 the Lermontov Penza Regional Library based on the Regional Center of the Presidential Library hosted the quest “From the Manifesto to the Constitution”. Teams from school № 68 with in-depth study of computer science and the Penza College of Food Industry and Commerce competed in knowledge of articles of the Basic Law of the State and the history of constitutional development.

At all stages of the contest, participants were required to have good theoretical knowledge and ingenuity. Students had to answer quest questions using digitized materials from the Presidential Library’s portal. Among them is a video tour The history of constitutionalism in Russia: projects and constitutions of the 18th-20th centuries.

The winners of the quest were children from school with in-depth study of computer science № 68, who demonstrated good knowledge of the articles of the Russian Constitution and team cohesion. 

The Presidential Library’s portal  features the collection Penza Region: Pages of History. It includes archival documents, essays, studies, statistical and other materials covering various aspects of the development of the region in different historical periods.
