The International Youth Forum “Territories of Success” held in Egypt

The event participants visited the pyramids in Giza, the exhibition of photographer Elena Arkhangelskaya “Bunin’s East: Journey through Time” and the lecture “Egypt through the eyes of Ivan Bunin”. The program also included training in one of the areas to choose from: patriotic, cultural and creative, public diplomacy, media and blogging.

The event ended with a festive concert and a workshop on teaching Russian folk dances. The most active participants and winners of the historical quiz “Siege of Leningrad” received gifts and commemorative certificates.

The forum has been organized by the Russian House in Cairo, the All-Russian public movement “Volunteers of Victory” in Egypt and the educational center “Botanik”.

The remote access center to information resources of the Presidential Library, opened in 2022 at the Russian House in Cairo, today provides the entire variety of collections of the library’s electronic holdings.

Visitors to the Russian Center for Science and Culture can learn about the Russian Language collection from the institution’s electronic holdings. It includes more than 1,100 depository items of rare archival documents, including manuscripts, monuments of Russian writing, archives, research papers, dictionaries, reference books, teaching aids and much more.

Guests of the Russian House can also learn about the materials about the history of relations between Russia and Egypt, which are available in the electronic collection of the Presidential Library Russia – Egypt: the History of Relations.
