Exhibition dedicated to 340th anniversary of Catherine I and 295th anniversary of Catherine II opened in Penza

A book exhibition dedicated to the 340th anniversary of Catherine I and the 295th anniversary of Catherine II has been opened in the Regional Center of the Presidential Library based on the Lermontov Penza Regional Library.

The exposition presents publications from the Regional Center of Rare Documents and Book Monuments and the collection of the regional library. The visitors of the exhibition were told about the life and history of the Empress's ascension to the throne.

The virtual exposition dedicated to Catherine II The Golden Age of Catherine is also available. It presents electronic copies of books from the collections of the Presidential Library and the National Electronic Library.
