Forum of working youth of St. Petersburg took place in Presidential Library
On October 25, 2024, at 10:00 Moscow time, the Presidential Library hosted the grand opening of the Working Youth Forum of St. Petersburg - 2024, organized by the VECTOR Youth Initiatives Support Center in cooperation with the Council of Working Youth of St. Petersburg.
The Chairman of the Committee for Youth Policy and Cooperation with Public Organizations in St. Petersburg, Bogdan Zastavny, delivered a welcoming speech.
The main objectives of the forum are the support and development of young professionals, the exchange of experience and best practices, the formation of a professional community, and the improvement of professional skills and competencies of participants.
The Forum of Working Youth of St. Petersburg - 2024 is dedicated to the employee welfare program. Managing the well-being of employees is an important part of the corporate culture, without which it is no longer possible to imagine a modern competitive company. The program is divided into several blocks, thanks to which an integrated system is created aimed at developing the employees' own potential and the company's growth.

- Social well-being: youth's influence on organizational culture, creating social capital, identifying manipulation techniques and working with them.
