"Geographical Dictation" held in China

An educational event called Geographical Dictation took place at the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing, organized by the Russian Geographical Society (RGS). Participants included Russian students, compatriots, and Chinese citizens.

As part of the event, the RGS also hosted the opening of a photo exhibition. The exhibition showcased the works of winners and finalists from the National Award in geography, ecology, nature conservation, and the promotion of natural, historical, and cultural heritage, titled "Crystal Compass."

Additionally, the Presidential Library's electronic reading room, which was established in 2010 at the Russian House in Beijing, allows visitors to explore the diverse collections in its collection.

Visitors to the Russian Cultural Center may find the collection Russian Language from the electronic library of the institution interesting. This collection includes more than 1,100 rare archival documents, such as manuscripts, Russian writing monuments, archival records, scientific works, dictionaries, reference books, and textbooks, among others.

Guests of the Russian House can also explore materials about the history of relations between Russia and China that are presented in the Presidential Library's electronic collection Russia - China: the History of Relations.
