
International conference in Ankara dedicated to Russian-Turkish relations during Second World War
The International Conference Russian-Turkish Relations during the Second World War was held in Ankara, organized by the Russian House in cooperation with Haji Bayram Veli University. The event brought together leading historians and experts on this topic.
Alexey Yerkhov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Turkey, welcomed the audience. The speakers covered a range of topics related to political, economic, and cultural aspects of Russian-Turkish relations during World War II in the context of the global conflict.
The conference was accompanied by an exhibition of Soviet propaganda posters from the Victory Museum, and guests could also visit the electronic reading room of the Presidential Library.
