Future leaders gathered together at the Presidential Library

The Presidential Library hosted a solemn meeting dedicated to summarizing the results of the first year of individual educational trajectories of the “Future Leaders” Foundation participants, the most talented and ambitious students of Saint-Petersburg. The event was attended by Adviser to the Governor of Saint-Petersburg Artem Sheikin.

The meeting was opened with a series of managerial fights, where participants in practice demonstrated skills they received during the year in making complex decisions, managing the team, settling conflict situations, and oratorical skills. Ten winners of the qualifying campaign in 2017, which will begin implementing the Foundation's educational programs in September, participated in the fights. Among the new participants of the Fund there are students of the Saint-Petersburg State University, the Economic and Polytechnic Universities, Higher School of Economics.

The selection campaign of the current year covered more than a thousand people, and according to its results, in addition to the choice of ten new program participants, the Board of the Future Leaders Foundation decided to create a list of reservists who will also be able to participate in the Foundation's scientific and educational activities. Active participation in the life of students, in every possible way contributing to their professional and personal development, is accepted by the trustees of the Foundation. Director General of the Presidential Library Alexander Vershinin is among them.

"During this year, all the participants managed to show themselves: someone developed new competencies and skills, someone with our support began to implement their own project. It's nice to see the results of the annual work of the guys, and I know we are on the right way", - comments the Executive Director of the Future Leaders Foundation Varvara Chuikova.
