An open lesson of the Russian Language Class was held in the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing
On September 6, an open lesson of the Russian Language course of studies was held at the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing.
The head of the Russian Cultural Center Olga Melnikova came out with the welcoming speech. She spoke about the main advantages of the Russian Language class in the Russian Cultural Center, focusing on the high professional qualifications of language teachers.
The main part of the evening was dedicated to a presentation of academic curriculum, methodologies and teaching aids used in language courses at the RCC.
At the end of the presentation, the participants visited open lessons of Russian Language, which were organized in groups in accordance with the level of the students’ training — from for the beginners to the advanced.
Within the framework of the event a presentation of books and teaching aids in the Russian Language that were available in the Russian Cultural Center public library was held, so these materials could be used along course by the listeners for learning and improving language skills.
There is an electronic collection entitled The Russian Language on the Presidential Library website. The collection includes the manuscripts and publications of monuments of the Russian writing, archival cases, scientific works (including dissertations and authors’ abstracts), dictionaries and reference books, and the textbooks of various types and levels. Apart from the scientific and educational community and linguists, the digital collection on “The Russian language” is also of interest of a wide range of users who love and appreciate the Russian language.
