A joint meeting of the board and the Coordination Council of the heads of the management bodies of culture of urban districts and municipal districts of the Khabarovsk Territory took place in Khabarovsk
On September 21 in Khabarovsk, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Khabarovsk Territory, a joint meeting of the board and the Coordination Council of the heads of 19 cultural administrations of the city districts and municipal districts on the issue "Development of Khabarovsk Krai's public libraries in the formation, storage and use of electronic information resources" was held. On the same day, a round table was held for municipal institutions of culture and education on the site of the Far Eastern State Scientific Library. The round table was attended by 109 people from 33 organizations and institutions of the Khabarovsk Krai, including higher and secondary educational institutions, the Khabarovsk Territory Institute for Educational Development, the Regional State Archives, the Regional Museum and others. The Presidential Library was represented in the meeting and the work of the round table by the head of the user services department L. D. Savelyeva with the message "The Regional Space of the Presidential Library: the Possibilities of Using the Electronic Fund of the Presidential Library for the Development of Public Libraries of the Khabarovsk Territory".
Within the framework of the meetings there were held negotiations with the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Culture of the Region A. V. Fedosov, Deputy Minister of Culture I. A. Kupchenko, Chairman of the Civil Registry and Archives Committee of the Khabarovsk Krai Government O. V. Zavyalova and the management of State Archive of the Khabarovsk Territory, Director General of the Grodekov Khabarovsk Regional Museum, Director General and specialists of the Far Eastern State Scientific Library, the Director of the Scientific Library of the Pacific State University. During the talks, further directions and development of the relationship between the Presidential Library and a number of institutions of the region were discussed.
The relationship between the Presidential Library and the Khabarovsk Territory has been developing since 2011. The Far Eastern State Scientific Library and the Pacific State University are actively cooperating with the Presidential Library.
