Compatriot from Nicaragua has become the winner of the international contest "What I know about the Crimea"

The international contest "What I Know About the Crimea" is held by the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Crimea under the President of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the contest is the Business and Cultural Center of the Republic of Crimea in Moscow. Katya Mosher Golovina, the daughter of our compatriot living in Nicaragua, took part in the contest "What I Know About the Crimea" and became its prize-winner.

The contest is aimed at the formation of sustainable cultural ties of compatriots living abroad with Russia, the education of the youth respect for the history and culture of the Russian state.

The Presidential Library portal features electronic collection "Crimea in postcards". The collection includes 850 postcards of late XIX - first half of XX century. The materials of the collection are organized by geographical principle. Inside the sections, postcards are combined into thematic groups dedicated to the sights of a particular locality, and are arranged alphabetically by the names of the settlements.

To prepare the collection, materials from the funds of the Children's Museum of the postcard were used.
