A meeting of the literary lounge took place at the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Brest to the birthday of A. A. Fet and F. I. Tyutchev

December 4 the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Brest hosted the literary lounge "Unity of spirit, love and pain", dedicated to the work of Russian poets Fedor Ivanovich Tyutchev and Afanasy Afanasyevich Fet.

The poetic evening prepared by the members of the club of the young linguist "YusYati" was also attended by high school students from Brest schools. During the event to the music of P. I. Tchaikovsky and S. V. Rachmaninoff, the students performed poems of both poets.

Love and beauty have always been a symbol of the existence of people on earth. Therefore, the leitmotif of the literary lounge were the words: "Love is the unifying beginning of people".

Creativity of Fedor Tyutchev and Athanasius Fet had a huge influence on the development of Russian poetry. They gave the world two cycles of love lyrics, which inherent ideological and artistic unity: "Denisyevsky" and "Mary Lazich". So Alexander Blok wrote about this: "All the triumph of genius, not taken by Tyutchev, was contained by Fet".

The Presidential Library portal features electronic collection "Russian language". The collection includes manuscripts and publications of monuments of Russian writing, archival affairs, scientific works (including dissertations and abstracts of dissertations), dictionaries and reference books, textbooks of various types and levels.
