Pupils of Slovenian schools got familiar with Russia and Russian culture

December 6, 2017 in the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Ljubljana in the framework of the programs "This is Russia!" and "Generation of the Future" pupils of the junior classes of the Danil Kumar Ljubljana School first got familiar with Russia, the Russian language and Russian culture.

The staff of the RCSC together with the teachers of the music school "Golden Lira" - the Russian opera singer M. Igritskaya and the pianist A. Banovets - prepared the cultural and educational program for the children: they taught them to greet each other in Russian, introduced the works of the great Russian composers P. I Tchaikovsky and M. I. Glinka. The pupils of the music school pleased the guests with cheerful children's songs performed in Russian.

In conclusion, the schoolchildren were presented a fragment of the animated film "The Snow Queen" from the Russia Beyond Slovenija portal, where you can see the best Russian cartoons with subtitles.
