"Winter School - 2018" for teachers of the Russian language held in Serbia

6 February 2018

Traditionally, during the school holidays in early February, the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Belgrade hosts advanced training courses for teachers of the Russian language and literature in Serbia "Winter School - 2018", which has been organized annually since 2004 by the Society of Slavicists of Serbia in conjunction with the Faculty of Philology of the University of Belgrade and RCSC in Serbia.

These courses are mandatory and included in the republican "Catalog of programs for the continuous advanced training courses of teachers, educators and researchers". The program of seminars within the framework of the courses included language trainings with native speakers, lectures on relevant topics related to the teaching of the Russian language, and practical exercises.

The program was attended by teachers of Russian as a foreign language from Russian universities, professors and teachers of the University of Belgrade and staff of the RCSC. Over 100 Russian language teachers became participants in the seminars and received diplomas on the passage of a 16-hour advanced training course in teaching Russian in the main and secondary schools of the Republic of Serbia.

The Presidential Library portal features electronic collection "Russian language". The collection includes manuscripts and publications of monuments of Russian writing, archival affairs, scientific works (including dissertations and abstracts of dissertations), dictionaries and reference books, textbooks of various types and levels. The digital collection "Russian language" will be interesting not only to the scientific and educational community and linguists, but also to a wide range of users who love and appreciate the Russian language.
