The XXIII Olympiad of schoolchildren in Russian language and the contest "The Best Specialist in Russian Philology in Mongolia 2018" is completed in Mongolia

In Ulan Bator, on the basis of the Mongolian State University of Education, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the XXIII All-Russian State Olympiad in Russian language among pupils and the contest of the best specialists in Russian Philology organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Sport of Mongolia jointly with the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Ulan- Bator with the support of the Mongolian Association of Teachers of the Russian Language and Literature, took place.

96 experts in Russian language, winners of the regional stage of the All-Omolgol Olympiad from all aimaks and the city of Ulan Bator, have become participants in the final round of the XXIII State Olympiad in Russian language, which took place on February 21-23, in the categories of general and in-depth study of the Russian language among pupils of the 9th and 12th classes of Mongolian schools.

As in previous years, in addition to medals, diplomas and cash prizes, there were special awards to the winners - RCSC certificates for the priority right of training in leading Russian universities at the expense of the budget of Russia. They were awarded to 8 participants of the Olympiad.

Tatyana Budaeva, deputy head of the Rossotrudnichestvo office in Mongolia, while presented certificates, told of the great work being done in the regions by education departments in conjunction with school directors and Russian language teachers in support and promotion of it among schoolchildren. She also invited all the participants of the Olympiad to the Educational Services Exhibition, which will be held on March 15-17 on the basis of RCSC.

An electronic collection "Russian language" is presented on the Presidential Library portal. It includes manuscripts and publications of monuments of Russian writing, archival affairs, scientific works (including dissertations and abstracts of dissertations), dictionaries and reference books, textbooks of various types and levels. The digital collection "Russian language" will be of interest not only to the scientific and educational community and linguists, but also to a wide range of users who love and appreciate the Russian language.
