The centenary of the archival service of Russia: a virtual dialogue of professionals

March 29, 2018 the Presidential Library hosted a video lecture from the cycle "Knowledge of Russia". Its theme - "The History of the State Archival Service of Russia" timed to the 100th anniversary of the archival service of Russia - attracted the attention of professionals from the Tambov archives.

The Tambov Regional Center of the Presidential Library, acting on the basis of the A. S. Pushkin Tambov Regional Universal Scientific Library, broadcasted the forum via video-conferencing mode and a constructive dialogue with the organizers of the video lecture from the Presidential Library and representatives of the central archives of the Russian Federation took place.

On the website of the Presidential Library the Tambov region is represented by the collection "Tambov region: pages of history". Presented studies, statistical materials and archival documents of the late XVIII - early XX century characterize the administrative, economic, demographic, educational and religious situation of the Tambov province. The selection also includes the current charter of the region.
