It was built for a long time under the project of an unknown architect, its construction ended only in the mid-1920s. This villa is a vivid example of the orientation of modernity to oriental culture. Its author is unknown, and not much is known about its owner - it was the director of the Polish bank, Vaclav Vilezhinsky, who hastily left his estate during the years of the revolution. For a while "Dream" was one of the buildings of the TB sanatorium "Red Poppy", at the same time, the internal structure of the cottage was heavily altered and rebuilt. After many years the "Dream" was abandoned, and today the villa is fenced for carrying out restoration work. - The materials of the site "All about Simeiz" (http://simeiza.net/villa-mechta-v-simeize)
