On July 3, 2012 in Within the framework of the 36th session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee held in St. Petersburg in the Presidential Library a telebridge was organized between the members of the organization and their colleagues from the Youth Model of the World Heritage Committee. The youth model of the Committee is a joint initiative of Russia and UNESCO, and its forum is held for the first time in the capital of Tatarstan. On behalf of the Republic of Tatarstan from Kazan participants of the 36th session of the World Heritage Committee welcomed the State Advisor of the Republic of Tatarstan M. Sh. Shaimiev. The young activists were greeted by the Chairman of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee, E. V. Mitrofanova. Representatives of the youth forum within the framework of the videoconference could directly address the issues of interest to the members of UNESCO gathered in the multimedia hall of the Presidential Library. In the second part of the evening for the representatives of UNESCO in the hall of the Presidential Library a concert was held with the participation of the State Song and Dance Ensemble of the Republic of Tatarstan
