Presented: a photograph of Yuri Mikhailovich Chigirev (1987, in a dress suit, with awards) and photographs of the commemorative medal "The Twenty Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945." (front and back sides). The medal is a circle with a diameter of 32 mm, made of brass. On the front side of the medal: an image of a monument to a Soviet soldier-liberator (installed in the Berlin Treptow Park, sculptor Vuchetich EV) on two crossed laurel-oak branches and the inscription "1945-1965". On the reverse side of the coin are inscriptions: on the circumference of "Twenty Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945", in the middle of the medal the Roman numeral "XX" and a star on the background of divergent rays. The edges of the medal are edged with a ledge. The images and inscriptions on the medal are convex. The medal with the ear and ring is connected with a pentagonal shoe, covered with silk moire ribbon. There are three longitudinal stripes on the tape - red, green and black. The edge of the tape after the black strip is edged with a narrow green strip. Location: From a private collection. - Chigirev Yury Mikhailovich (born January 20, 1925 in Rostov, Yaroslavl Region) - went to the front in January 1943. He studied at the Tambov Machine-Gun School. Member of the Battle of Kursk. He fought in the Bryansk Front. Was injured. He fought in the third Belorussian Front. Participated in the combat operation "Bagration".
