October 19, 2011 in the Presidential Library of the Boris Yeltsin hosted the third annual conference "Mediasphere-2012". Representatives of leading media companies discussed the problems of coexistence of traditional media and new media. The conference heard presentations by practitioners and theorists of the media industry about the latest market trends, prospects for the development of modern advertising and new forms of communication between content producers and consumers. The latter include social networks, blogs and microblogging services that are rapidly developing today and, as noted by the speakers, become full-fledged competitors for the usual media. |
