June 16, 2011 in the Presidential Library. B.N. Yeltsin signed an agreement on cooperation with the Krasnoyarsk Territory, according to which a branch of the Presidential Library will be established in the region. The document was signed by the general director of the library, AP Vershinin, and the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, L. V. Kuznetsov. A branch of the Presidential Library is planned to be created on the basis of the State Universal Scientific Library of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Currently, the region is working to open a student electronic reading room with access to the resources of the Presidential Library at the Siberian Federal University. As part of the delegation of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Presidential Library was also visited by the Minister of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Deputy Governors, Director of the State Universal Scientific Library of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Guests in the multimedia hall of the Presidential Library demonstrated a video presentation of the future Krasnoyarsk branch of the library. To visit the guests on the portal of the Presidential Library the collection "Krasnoyarsk Territory: pages of history" was prepared, which included research, essays, reference and statistical publications, cartographic materials and archival documents reflecting the history of the region until the beginning of the 20th century
