January 25, 2011 in the Presidential Library. Boris N. Yeltsin celebrated the 67th anniversary of the lifting of the siege of Leningrad. At the solemn event were invited blockade, veterans, workers of the rear. On behalf of the blockades, the library was given 14 volumes of the Memory Book "They survived the blockade." In this publication, brief information is collected about 350 thousand inhabitants of the besieged Leningrad, who survived by 1944. It is assumed that the publication will be continued. The electronic version of the Memory Book will be available to visitors of the electronic reading room of the Presidential Library.
