The Kirovsky Val memorial complex was erected in 1968 at the border in the Kirovsky district, where Soviet soldiers, sailors and militiamen stopped the fascist offensive in September 1941. It is built by workers of the Kirovsky district of Leningrad. Includes: a stele at the railway platform Dachnoe and a complex of a military memorial cemetery; monument "Tank-winner", pillbox and stela on Prospect Stachek; an obelisk at the Ligovo station, a stele near the Peterhof Highway; obelisk at the fork of Peterhof Highway and Marshal Zhukov Avenue; stele and antitank stakes at the intersection of Marshal Zhukov Avenue and Stoichosti Street; Alley of Glory from 900 birches (on a rounded number of days of blockade), passing along the avant-garde street; obelisk on the site of the former military cemetery on Veterans Avenue near the cinema "Rubezh"; stele and anchor at 14 km of Peterhof highway. In 1951 the monument "Tank-winner" was erected. On the granite pedestal, the KV-85 tank, produced by the Chelyabinsk Kirov Plant during the Great Patriotic War, was installed. Behind him is a preserved pillbox with the inscription "1941-1945". Dot has a concrete stele with text. Engineer-designer of the tank J. Ya. Kotin; architect VA Kamensky. The memorial is included in the complex of memorial structures "Green Belt of Glory". Location: St. Petersburg, Stachek Avenue, 106-108.
