The sculptural composition "The Tsar's Walk" was opened during the celebration of the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg on May 28, 2003. Created by artist Mikhail Shemyakin. The composition is a full-figured bronze sculpture of Peter I, Catherine I, a dwarf in a wide-brimmed hat and two greyhounds standing on a stepped granite podium with a bronze balustrade.
