Vladimir Stepanovich Chicherov (1933-1996) - foreman of locksmiths of the Leningrad Metal Plant (LMZ). Twice Hero of Socialist Labor (1975, 1983). In St. Petersburg in Victory Park, on the Alley of Heroes, he installed a monument on June 17, 1987 (sculptor MK Anikushin, architect VA Petrov)
