In order to form a unified information space in the field of history, theory and practice of Russian statehood and the Russian language as the state language of the Russian Federation, a remote electronic reading room of the Presidential Library named after B. N. Yeltsin was opened in the Intelligence Room of the Kin Borisoglebsk Central City Library, which was modernized as part of the national project "Culture".

The Yeltsin Presidential Library, opened on May 27, 2009, is one of three national Russian libraries that collects and stores printed and archival materials, audio recordings, and videos in electronic and digital form.
