The Presidential Library's collections were replenished with a memorandum by Bogdan Kobulov, Deputy People's Commissar of State Security of the USSR, dated January 13, 1945. Among other things, it reports on Hitler's serious illness.
The original memo marked "top secret" is kept in the archive of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, and a digitized copy of this unique document has appeared on the website of the Presidential Library.
