The author of the developed concept of the "biosphere" and "noosphere", the initial ideas about which were formulated by the French scientists Jean Baptiste Lamarque and Eduard Leroy. "Biosphere" is a sphere of unity of the living and non-living, expressed in a system of interconnected ecosystems, and is the result of the development of the organic world. As scientific and technological progress, a person, being a part of it, began to exert a serious influence on it. According to V. I.
