The brochure of the First Congress of Soviets of the USSR contains materials from the meeting at which the unification of the RSFSR, USSR, and BSSR took place within the USSR. Speeches by congress delegates, texts of the Declaration and Treaty on the Formation of the USSR, and statistical information on the participants in the congress are included.

The documents were approved on December 30, 1922, at the First All-Union Congress of Soviets, and marked the unification of the Russian SFSR, the Ukrainian SSR, the Belarusian SSR, and the Transcaucasian SFSR into the USSR. These documents included a digital copy with signatures from authorized delegates from each republic.
To the twentieth anniversary of the education of the USSR
The brochure dedicated to the Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, M. I. Kalinin, is a special publication marking the 20th anniversary of the formation of the USSR. Considering that the country was founded during difficult times of the Great Patriotic War, this event holds special significance.
