Assembly of the Nobility

Erected in the period of 1825 - 1831 years building is a monument of Classicism and one of the most outstanding examples of provincial noble assemblies. After the revolution it quartered the House of Soviets, later housed the State Medical Institute, and finally at the end of the 1980s accommodated the Concert Theater of the Regional Philharmonic Hall named after V. I. Glinka.
