The guide contains annotated links to the most relevant Internet resources on the subject area of history, modern state and legislative activity of the Russian state authority. Inside thematic sections the resources are presented in the order of decreasing universality and significance, in the “Personalities of statesmen” section – in alphabetic order, in the “Official sites of administrative and territorial areas” – in alphabetic order by geographic names.
