Lyudmila Veniaminovna Zilbermints (1909-1972) - Russian bibliographer and bibliographer, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor Graduated from the Leningrad State University's philological faculty in 1932, before the war she entered the post-graduate course of the ME Saltykov-Shchedrin State Public Library and in 1948 defended the candidate "The emergence of a technical journal in Russia (1825-1830)" and became one of the leading experts in the field of bibliography of technical literature, was one of the founders of the system of training personnel for technical libraries of the country.
