Nikolay Polisarpovich Vlasenko (1912-1941) - political instructor of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army, participant of the Polish RKKA expedition, the Soviet-Finnish and Great Patriotic War wars, Hero of the Soviet Union (1940) In 1932 he joined the CPSU (b) In 1933-1935 he served in the Red Army. After military service, he entered the historical department of the Leningrad Communist Political Educational Institute named after NK Krupskaya. the Institute was an excellent student, led an active public work. After graduation, according to the direction signed by NK Krupskaya, NP Vlasenko becomes director and teacher of the history and constitution of the USSR cultural and educational school in Bor Gorkovs In the course of the Soviet-Finnish war he was awarded the high title of Hero of the Soviet Union, with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Star Medal. In 1941, he entered the post-graduate course of the Military Political Academy V the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, NP Vlasenko was appointed commander of a tank platoon.
