Lyubov Pavlovna Tikhomirova in the 1940-1960s was a teacher of the Leningrad State Library Institute. N. K. Krupskaya. During the Great Patriotic War, she worked at the institute, was the chairman of the local committee, consisted of the regional headquarters of the Moscow Military District. In the postwar period, participated in the restoration of the institute.
