Speransky, written in St. Petersburg on October 19/31, 1833, to the forwarded to the count a calligraphic copy of the letter W. Heise to Schlözer Sr., written in Lubeck on October 16, 1833 and containing praise for the Count's book “Sur la formation du Corps des lois Russes" ("On the structure of the Code of Russian laws") and information about the library of the late senior adviser of appeal Kropp, offered for purchase for one of the Russian universities.
