Один из основных залов Президентской библиотеки в Санкт-Петербурге – Зал Конституции. В нём главным экспонатом является единственная копия инаугурационного экземпляра Конституции Российской Федерации, на котором Президент России приносит присягу во время процедуры вступления в должность. Эта копия была подарена Президентом Российской Федерации Президентской библиотеке в день её открытия 27 мая 2009 года.
