Public video lecturing in the Presidential Library will focus on “a battle for the history”

“A Battle for the History” public video lecturing from the “Knowledge of Russia” cycle will take place in the Presidential Library on April 25, 2017. The event will begin at 11 am and will be aired online from the library website.

A writer, a screenwriter, a laureate of the State Prize of Russia Mikhail Nikolaeyvich Kuraev will share his thoughts on the interpretation of historical facts in the interests of the current political and geopolitical situation and the importance of independent history study.

Participants of the lecture hall will be students of the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture, as well as St. Petersburg Humanitarian University of Trade Unions.

 

The media representatives’ accreditation will last until 3 pm on April 24, 2017.
