The Presidential Library to host a conference "Woman and Society. History and modernity"

May 23, 2017 the Presidential Library will host the International Public Conference "Woman and Society. History and modernity". The event is organized by the Women for Equal Opportunity NGO with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and with the assistance of the Public Diplomacy Foundation named after the outstanding Russian diplomat and statesman of the XIX century Alexander Mikhailovich Gorchakov.

The event will be broadcasted live on the Presidential Library portal. The beginning is at 10:00.

The program of the conference includes a plenary session and three panel sessions, which will consider issues of culture, public diplomacy, creative search for mutually beneficial economic cooperation.

Over one hundred prominent public, scientific, economic and cultural figures from Russia, the USA, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Israel, Morocco, Chile, Germany, France are planning to take part in the event.

Accreditation of journalists to the event in the Presidential Library is obligatory which is open until 12:00 May 22, 2017.

The attached form should specify the full name, the media name, the date and the place of birth, passport data (series, number, place of registration), worn equipment, contact numbers.

We draw your attention that the entrance to the Presidential Library is strictly upon showing the passports: for guests of the event it is through the entrance № 1, for media representatives it is through the entrance № 2.
