Year of the Cultural Heritage of the Peoples of Russia

2022 has been declared the Year of the Cultural Heritage of the Peoples of Russia. The main goals of the series of events implemented throughout the year all over the country include the popularization of folk art, the preservation of cultural traditions, monuments of history and culture, the support of ethnocultural diversity and cultural uniqueness of the peoples of the Russian Federation, the strengthening of their spiritual unity.

The Presidential Library’s collection, marking this event, contains official documents, research studies, periodicals, archival cases, visual and video materials that spotlight the richness of the tangible and intangible culture of the peoples of Russia.
