Bashkiria schoolchildren learned about resources of Presidential Library
Specialists from the electronic reading room at the Presidential Library, based at the G. Ibragimov Central District Library in Aurgazinsky District, Republic of Bashkortostan, held an hour-long informative session called Mysterious World Wide Web for students from Tolbaza School No. 2 on World Information Day.
The event focused on introducing the children to the information resources available at the library. They also participated in a virtual tour that allowed them to "visit" the halls of the Presidential Library and learn about its history. Additionally, students watched a video titled Presidential Library: Serving the State for the Benefit of Society and were informed about the library's collection and access to its resources.
On the portal of the Presidential Library, a collection called Republic of Bashkortostan: Pages of History is available. This collection includes research, essays, archival documents, statistics, maps, and audio-visual materials that cover various aspects of the region's development from the 18th to 21st centuries.
